After signing in to my mybb forum everything is ok, but after clicking on some link into my admi cpanel for some reason the forum ask me for my information again, this happend everytime, not just once but everytime i click on some link, that means i can not do anything in my admin cpanel.

In ./inc/settings.php, change your cookie path from /foros-inu/ to /foros/
Then go to ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > change the cookie path here too.
Also I edited your post as it's really not a good idea to publicly post your admin folder if you've renamed it, or post login details to an admin account.

Thank you, i will save the link you posted because this is the second time this happend to me.
I kwno it is not exactly a good idea but i have two days trying to fix it and i was desesperate, i will change the admin folder and my pass again to be sure.
