I have:

I have just set it up with mail functions.
People are complaining that they can't activate their accounts because there is no activation code in the email.

The email comes fine though.

If the above link does not work correctly, go to

Notice there is no code?

Any ideas to fix it.
NOTE: I currently have it on automatic activation to allow new members.

There was a problem with the random number generation function in 1.4.12 and so try updating (if you haven't already) and then reset your password again.

Ok trying update now.

Always makes sense to be running the latest version before asking for support as quite often a problem has been fixed in a more recent release, such as this one
