Is there a way to reset the Board Settings Display Orders? I tried ordering them, but it doesn't work.
Also, I try to do this with the usergroups, and doesn't work either.

I am not sure what you are meaning by "Board Setting Display Orders", you mean the configurations page?
Weird that the reordering doesn't work, are you running the latest version of MyBB?

Does the reordering work for the forum layout?
Can you try making sure all the order values are unique then saving them and go back to the setting view and see if the changes are reflected there.
Also, what type of database are you using? MySQL?
I tried setting them all to 0, saving them, and then re-ordering them, but still no luck.
And yes, I'm using MySQL
