Try mybb.com, then tell if it's broken.
It doesn't matter if it's mybboard.com or mybb.com since the former is aliased onto the latter. Following that URL in your web-browser automatically converts it to
http://www.mybb.com/files/features.pdf anyway, and yes, it still 404's.
I think this wiki article is outdated.

Chrome. Firefox it works because if it doesn't have the www. and it doesn't connect, it automatically attempts to connect with the www.
I've removed the link. The PDF basically listed everything already on that article.
Yeah, just tried in in Chrome, you're right. The .net version connects fine without the www, must have not quite set up the .com redirection the same (pig really since I never use www anymore).

Yeah, I hadn't actually known about the mybboard.com before. Sorry for being snippy earlier, been sick today
