I back up my database regularly following the instructions posted here in this forum. My server has upgraded phpmyadmin and now some of the values I used to select are gone. I have attached a screen shot of how I now have to back up. Can anyone tell me if this looks ok?

Although the zip files are consistent with the old as far as file size, the data within is structured differently now with the new version.

How is the data supposed to look? Should I see all my posts in there somewhere? Because I don't.

I have never had to restore my data base and I hope I never do. If I lost my data I would be sick.

u only see the tables names over this step

Yes i mean when you go to export a certain db, you will have to select the tables you want to export. at this point u only see the tables' names and not their content.

Also make sure to select the check box beside Structure & Data

then also the check box beside save as file.

however you have done all these correct.
