And now I want it back.. what are the files I need to upload? I can't find them.

What did you delete from where?? If you just deleted the link you'd need to view a diff report on the header_welcomeblock_member template to see what HTML to add back; the PHP code for it is part of misc.php but I doubt you've deleted that.
