Wrong forum, but not bad.

I cant read the yellow one, also way to much glow.

Fixed up the Premium bar, it was too bright

You don't do white on yellow - it simply can't be read. Try fixing your drop shadow; make it smaller size and distance and increase its opacity. Maybe even try increasing the spread.
(assuming you're on Photoshop)

You don't need your forum's name. People don't forget what forum they're on then look at the userbars for reference.

Yes, I totally agree with you. I also can not read the yellow one. But I like all of the them without yellow. I like Administrators too much. Its colour as well as over all symbol its really too much fine and beautiful.
