So I want to edit Forum Display but not just all Forums...
Specific ones. Example: /forumdisplay.php?fid=22
I want to be able to edit the code of the forum.
Any idea how to do this?

What exaclty do you mean by "the code of the forum"? Do you mean the templates or what?

You can have different themes for different forums if that's what you want.
Just import the theme you want, then in ACP go to Forums and Posts.
Next to the forum you want to change theme for click edit forum

Style Options
Yes, override the user's selected style for this forum
And select the theme you want for that forum..
