Those backslashes don't look right. I don't think I've seen someone with a backslash path before, not for a while anyway. Where are you hosted??
Can you also explain how they can't register?? Not sure what we can do if all we know is that they can't register. Does it say the passwords aren't the same?? If it does, it'll be because of the login box in the header.
