How do I get rid of the waiting dialog thing when you click a link or login and its like:
'thank you you are now being redirected.'
or something?

User CP -> Options -> Show friendly redirect pages -> Uncheck

Thanks alot , is there a way I can make it default on my site so every member doesnt have to go into their user CP to do it?

AdminCP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Server and Optimization Options --> Friendly Redirection Pages

It turns it off completely.
