Can someone please tell me what rep system is being used on this mybb forum?

I installed one but it doesn't have the + and - buttons in the topic, you have to click reputation and bring up another page which I don't want.

This board uses the default reputation system, the reason why u dont see the + - on their site is that ur viewing their board as a guest which doesn't have permissions to give rep.
the one you have installed is for sure ARS, so that one doesn't uses squars, it uses NUMBERS instead.

im confused. i attached a screenshot of what i see on my forums, how do i chnage it so it the same as

Well u will have to deactivate that mod from Admin CP> Board Settings > Plugin Manager
Find Alternative Reputation system and deactivate it
