Hello,
some people on my forum are getting trouble formatting their text every time they post a post, so is there a way how they can set their own standard text format? or is there a way to make this enable?

Do you mean like when the user hits new reply, there is already a template there? But each user can customize it?

kind of, I didn't understand exactly what u mean with template, but its like if I set for my account, the font colour red, so if I simply reply any thread without setting the colour red, it will be red as standard for my account =)

That was what I meant This isn't in MyBB 1.4 as a default feature I don't think, however you make request it as a plugin here
