My images aren't working i'm making it images/administrator.png and it's just saying the title of the group under there?

You must go to
ACP>>USERS AND GROUPS>>GROUPS>>**SELECT GROUP**

Scroll down to "User Stars" and set number of stars to 1 and enter in your image path like so
images/administrator.png
and save, it should now show a rank instead of the stars

No i want both. I'm requesting help with a bug here.

Then you would probably need the additional usergroup images/ranks modification

In your admin panel go to Users and Groups -> Groups -> Edit your Group -> and under Group Image add the link to the image.

Man i've done that i stated in my post it's giving me the group name WHEN i do that.

Than your link to the image is not correct. Try the full link.

By default they go in ./images/groupimages/english/...
