Did you get permission of the owner?

The liscence says nothing about not copying it, therefore I can only presume it is allowed

Why not get something built better and unique? It's a nice theme but why not get a custom skin?

I really like that theme , that one think I think PHPBB has over us (mybb), and that is its theme base , there are just way more themers for phpbb
