MyBB Community Forums - Im New, How do i Upload Files

Ok, well im new, I just recently downloaded mybb, and I was wondering how do I make a forum with the files. As I said, im new to the forums like this.
If anybody recommends a free forum hosting to start off, please let me know.

Once you have a host, use an FTP client like FileZilla to upload the files.
