I'm using a theme I downloaded here called AbercromBB.
I want to change the font as its all in capital letters, how would I do it?

I don't see why this question is urgent, but search for font-variant: small-caps in the theme's style.

I deleted that but still nothing
Where does patrick say for you to delete it?? He didn't say that at all.

Remove
font-variant: small-caps;
from your theme's global.css

All that's there is:
text-align: center;
line-height: 1.4;
That might be on the background.
Check:
body
&
#container
They both could have it.
