in PhpMyAdmin , go to mybb_usergroups and find gid

You have to click browse , find the name of the group beside it u can find the gid!!

You could also just take a look at the usergroups cache in the Cache Manager in your Admin-CP.

Or you edit the usergroup, and right click the page and find the page properties/info, and you should see at the end of the URL gid=x
