Basically, I am the owner of a site but I want to get the password of one of my members without changing it. Anyway I can do this?

No...
Why the hell would you EVER want to know someone else's password?? God heaven's, I would never join a forum where the owner steals your password, then tries to hack your other forum accounts.
The whole point of encrypting it is that you can't just go in there and see it, otherwise if a hacker got access to your database they'd have all your users' passwords in a nice list for them.
Wouldn't this be hacking? MyBB doesn't support hacking therefor that information is encrypted
