sure, the same way you'd inserted something in the template. Using find_replace_templatesets you can do it, although there may be a better way, but I don't know because I never needed to replace the entire template
My plugin needs a new structure for a whole template, that's why I need to replace it. I think there has to be some way to do it. I considered replacing the default templates, but then it could become a mess, and perhaps won't achieve my objective all the time.
