How do you make ur own MyCode, i never really got it

how would i make [welcome] say like Welcome to The Forums!

Alright I will guide you:

1) Click the the text "Search" in the navigation bar located next to the Member List
2) Now in the keyboard input put in "mycode"
3) Select "User Submitted Tutorials" for Search in Forum(s)
4) Click the search button on the bottom
