When a user goes to register, the "Timezone Settings:" is by default -12:00 hours on my forum.
(on this forum the default timezone sttings is + 10 hours)

How to change my default timezone to -5 hours ?

PS: my default time on forum is ok (Current time, date of post, etc.)

There's a setting in the "Date and Time Options" settings group, but I don't think it works (bugged code) for negative timezones until the next major version.
