there is already a plugin for youtube support. its called my_youtube

okay, let me hold your hand. follow along now....
go to the Mods site, see the link in the top menu up there? click that link, then in the search box at the top, type "youtube" without the quotes, and hit Enter. You will see a large list of youtube related plugins, including the one I mentioned.
