Ok, Well i'm capped on internet at the moment which means I went over my monthly bandwidth limit, all other websites a slow, basicly i'm on dialup speed until the 15th, but this forum loads like lightning, is it on really fast servers? or is it because i'm In New Zealand, i'm not sure.

My test sites usually run MyBB very fast, but once in a while it hangs for ~15 seconds. I'm certain some end users won't know to refresh or use F5 to force a response.
Anyone have ideas why this happens?
