Ok well you see how you can see alot of the background on these froums? how it's not that large (the forums) it's got big spaces between the background and forums, how do i change it, i forgot it's like width or something.

Edit the themes CSS, edit the #container width section to your needs.

Themes/yourtheme/global.css > #container width

You should try figuring it out for yourself first, it's an easy find.
