I made up the forum and the database but now when importing the database by phpmyadmin's okay but this forum with the previous configurations of the domain admin panel, how can I change this?

I think your site is messed up with index.php and /cgi-bin/suspended.cgi
Edit ./inc/settings.php, change your cookie domain to .underdown-forum.net and then change it in the ACP straight after, and change your Board URL too.
