Yeah, Rennervate is still in existence and I need a decent Harry Potter-style theme, as ketto's one kinda fails.

Requirements:

Static (as in doesn't move when scrolling) BG, preferrably a shot from Half-blood Prince.

Semi-transparent (80-85% opacity) container layout similar to THIS. (click on screenshot at bottom.)

Custom groupimages to reflect my groups: Hogwarts Staff, Prefects and Moderator groups in HP style.

Dark color scheme.

FIXED WIDTH.

vB positioned toplinks.

Budget: whatever money I can get soon.
