You get to create your own GFX team! You must have atleast 3 members in your team and at the most 8.

Get a custom one. If you're a graphics community, you're obviously good at graphics, so you can design the images yourself.

How did you get the forum group legend at the bottom ?

Using a modification/addon/plugin.
Go to the mods site: http://mods.mybboard.net - And search "Group Legend".
