Yummy, frozen meat usually takes too long to thaw out.
16 minutes? I'll admit that's faster than waiting for it thaw but it's not extremely fast

Ya, but the way they talk it up they make sound like it's reheating food in the microwave. I'm sorry 16 minutes isn't just minutes it's a little more than quarter of an hour.

...or just buy fresh steak and cook it the normal way....
