A while ago i saw a vbuletin message board which had a very interesting plugin i supposed who show to user`s profile a custom field with his earnings.The earning was for the each post who made it and the price was chosen by the admin.
It was about some unsignified amount of money but i think it`s a great idea to develop a large community with this paid trick.
You guys what do you think about this and what methods do you use for increase your number of members,posts and threads created?

There is a plugin similar to what your talking about I think. Basically it allows users to tie their paypal account to their mybb account to accept donations. Either way I don't think we'll be seeing this here or in the core.
