How to add a ads space to your mybb without a plugin i seen the code here a while back but cant first it i know you have to edit the header or index page and put it at the bottom but dont remember the code

You get the code from Google Adsense or whatever ads service you're using...

yea i know that but i need to know where to put it for it to work and show like say i put the code in the header it doesnt show i know you have to add <div or some thats what im tryin to figure out

Just <div>code here</div> or something would be fine... ads don't work straight away yet so if you're putting it in and it's not showing yet, give it a bit of time.
