Title says it all?

I kinda stuffed up my headers, and needed to delete it since plug ins weren't working anymore.

How do I actually reinstall default theme?

Try and create a new theme.... Just click the "Create new theme" tab in the Themes page.

Just create a new theme, it'll use the default templates.
