I came to like AddonChat from using it on a site with vBulletin. I contacted AddonChat to ask if it integrates with MyBB. It doesn't. In the email they said:

Anyway, I'd like to be able to use this chat room with MyBB. This is a Java chat hosted on their server. They have a free version with ads and, of course, pay ones at a few levels. It's one of the best chat rooms I've used.
