i installed a new theme named as sleek theme
but after installing i am unable to put my logo..
also tell me how can i make a thread that much sticky so my every new user has to read it before he continue browsing my forums??

For the logo you should be able to edit it in the theme settings. But if not then it would probably be in the header template.

can u tell me how can i put my logo in header templete??

I have the Sleek theme installed in one of my forums. The header logo is loacted in the images/sleek/header directory, and you can replace it by ftp or File Manager in cPanel. The logo image is logo.gif
