The only reason I was trying to do it was to create a one-size-fits-all-theme. I can't see what else you would need it for?
I want the full header from MyBB to be included, logo, welcome block, PM notices, etc. Can't do that with the default Coppermine custom header/footer includes since they do not support cookie functions as the headers are already sent. That is why in your other post I said you'd have to create a plugin or modify the theme/template.php files to handle all that (if modifying those files would work, I'm still not sure)
