Nevermind, for some reason the default theme in the database had not been set to the theme I created. I just went in manually and changed it.

I have a custom theme that is working fine on every page but:
forumdisplay.php?fid=1 (or 2 or whatever)
It does not matter what the fid is, the theme will not apply to the forumdisplay.php page and the default theme shows. Any ideas? I searched the forum and could not seem to locate a similar issue.
