My administrator and I are trying to get a Nav Bar for our site (runeaid.net) to work. But, the images keep getting squished together. We need to know, is it possible to edit the header tags for our script to work?

Note - I recommend looking at the live version, just to get the feel of our Nav Bar. Because it has a dropdown menu.
That specific code has to be in the <head></head> tags but we don't know how to get it there when editing the header template. And, we did try putting head tags onto it, the images keep squishing.
