Just out of interest, I'm wondering if there is any way to make a quick, fully working registration form.

I just want the username, password and email forms, with possibly the time zone selection as well.

Anyone know if this is possible at all? Cheers!

It is very possible with some coding. :p you would have to look into the registration form already existing and use the code from that to build it.
