I need a brand new default theme, don't tell me to "just make a new theme it will make a default one itself", it doesn't.

What do I upload or do to get the default MyBB theme?

If the install folder is present, you can upload the install/resources/mybb-theme.xml as a new theme.

Well, creating a new theme will create the default again unless you've gone into the database and edited the master copies.
