I can hide Links from guests, but how do I hide em from unactivated users?

You'd need a plugin to do that. MyBB doesn't cover linking hiding for unactivated users.

Not that I have seen for the particular permission that you want.

You can probably use a plugin which is meant for guests and change the gid to Awaiting Activation which is 5.
