Please help me !!! how do i can resolve this issue!!!

Could be any number of things, may be nothing to do with MyBB. How long's it been like this?? Anything in your server error log??

Have you installed any plugins recently? I know that editing the core files can cause this.... other than things like that, we can't really help you as 500 means many things.
