Hi there I am struggling on how to change the font colours in the drop down boxes, I have looked around the global css but found nothing relevant.
Here is a pic so you know what I mean,

You could go into that theme's templates and change the color like that, it would probably be easier.
If I'm not mistaken, try changing the colour of the body. (As in, the text colour, not background.)

If that still doesn't work you can always put them in a class and give the class "color: #fff;".
There's already a class for it - select. Just add your color using the editor.
