Hi,

first I searched the forum and did not find my solution.

My Problem is I want To convert vBulletin(4.0.3) "I know it's not supported but I'm following a tutorial and it's working " To MyBB 1.4.11

My forum Language is Arabic
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
Vb Database Collation: latin1_swedish_ci

from vBulletin index.php

when I start the converter it's do everything as it should except the charecter is showing [ ????? ] or ÇÓã ÇáãÓÊÎÏã

i try to set to not Auto convert to UTF-8 but it did not work

Well, first of all, at least convert it to MyBB 1.4.13.
