Dawg, not many people actually host a Php 4 server. Freehostia is the only one i can think of.
My host, 1and1 is PHP4. Actually, you need to do something in .htaccess to enable php 5. This is what I'm paying $10 a month for -__-

At first, it was for their Windows package, but I switched to Linux.
