Description:
Adds a link on topic display for forum moderators to view who viewed that topic. Which links to a page that lists all users that viewed the topic along with the time and has paging support.

This will not work on big forums, the database will probably be 100 times bigger in a week.

It doesn't change anything with the database or mybb functions just shows the current read history.
