Hello,

I sent out a test email yesterday and no one got it, not even myself. It just says Queued.

Any ideas why?

I did set it to send instantly.

Try running the E-mail Task.

Admin CP > Tools and Maintenance > Task Manager > Mass Mail and click

Can you paste us your footer template.

You've not got the task code so no tasks can run on your forum. Put this somewhere in there: {$task_image}

I was told by a co admin nothing can be done about this.

If not then you can set SMTP options in the settings...

I tried that Polarbear and it said "Mail was sent by PHP" when I went to "http://www.thediscussionzone.com/test.php".

When I checked for the email it was there:

The problem is when I send a mass mail, it won't deliver.

The status is on queued and the mass mail task said it ran successfully. The code is in place in the footer.

What should the "per page" option be set to?
