Dont you mean infinite?

Perpetual motion devices can never exist, even in a vacuum with no friction. They coud spin but as soon as you tried to power anything, you would have to ensure no friction on the entire machine (thus the entire world) - not possible.

Didn't you read the article? It as developed by Microsoft so of course it doesnt work.
No it does it just encounters hardware failures often.
