Aliases are different for @mybb.com since the MX records have to be setup differently, it's not a straight, auto forward or whatnot.
Either way, that's not what I meant when I said he should use "
[email protected]". I meant that he would have better luck getting a response via the contact form/email these days.

[email protected] , I think all management staff here can read it and respond quicker
