Mods can't ban anyone in 1.4.11. It has to be done through the ACP. This has been a problem recently for a forum I'm an admin on. Is this fixed in 1.4.13?
Can you maybe explain why they can't ban?? Not sure what we can do with this level of information. Is there an error?? This isn't fixed in 1.4.13 as it's not a bug to begin with but you should upgrade anyway.
It says "You have selected an invalid ban." I'll try increasing the warning level first.
You get that when you're trying to edit/lift a ban that isn't valid. What process are you taking here??

Is this when you just visit that link or submit the form?? This code is only executed if you're editing an existing ban...
Then either they're already banned or you've edited something on your forum. The form you're submitting is editing a ban, not creating a new one. Can you PM me admin login details??
