I'd like to know how to change the welcome block message:

Quote:Welcome back, Username. You last visited: Today, 12:00 PM

The message outputs from this code snippet:

{$lang->welcome_back}

Which is in "header_welcomeblock_guest". Where can I change that?

That is in the lang files. But you can also replace {$lang->welcome_back} directly with what you want.
