It should be able to grab what ever is in the feed itself.
That is an atom feed though so would need to check to see what is has

Any suggestions you have as to where I can find good feeds for Hip Hop music/news that post full articles?

Use a feed reader and view different popular hip hop sites' RSS. It's unlikely you'll find many if any that post the whole article.
Is there a way to make feeds post in a thread?
Not at the moment. It just posts a new new thread.
